Only a few days left until we all meet at the LAPRW 2025 in beautiful Buenos Aires, Argentina. Today, we would like to provide you with some important details for your stay.
Your QR Code/Entrance Ticket
At registration, you will receive a QR code, which will be printed on your name badge. This QR code is your entrance ticket to LAPRW 2025 and must be scanned each day to access the event.
You must wear your badge at all times during the conference.
Pre- and Post-Workshop Course bookings are automatically included in the barcode on your badge.
Congress Venue
LAPRW 2025 will take place at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (UCA): Av. Alicia Moreau de Justo 1680 – Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires.
Registration Desk
The registration area, where you can obtain your name badge and workshop bag is located on the ground floor in the south entry of San José building. These are the opening hours of the registration desk:
Sunday, 4th May | 14:00 h – 19:00 h
Monday, 5th May | 07:30 h – 18:00 h
Tuesday, 6th May. | 08:30 h – 18:00 h
Wednesday, 7th May | 08:30 h – 18:00 h
Thursday, 8th May. | (Close)
Certificate of Attendance
The certificate of attendance will be sent to you via email after the congress.

Catering
Water will be available from water dispensers on the second floor all day, so do not forget to bring a water bottle. There will also be tea, coffee and snacks available during coffee breaks and a lunch bag during lunch breaks from Monday to Wednesday.
Lunch bags will be provided only to participants who responded to the emails confirming they would like to receive one.
Congress Bag
Each delegate will receive a congress bag.
The eBook of Abstracts will be posted on the conference website and the program will be available in a downloadable version.
Posters
Posters will be displayed in the poster area on the second floor, according to the assigned category, as shown in the Book of Abstract. Poster presenters are required to mount their posters on Monday, 5th May from 8:30 to 14:00 hrs. Presenters are responsible to remove their poster on Wednesday, 7th May until 17:00 at the latest.
Welcome Cocktail Reception
All participants are invited to join the Welcome Cocktail Reception in the exhibition area on Sunday, 4th May from 19:00 – 21:00.
Gala Dinner
If you have signed up for the gala dinner, we look forward to welcoming you at the El Querandí (Perú 322, Montserrat, Buenos Aires) on Tuesday, 6th May at 21:00. If you missed it and you want to enjoy the gala dinner, you will be able to buy tickets at the Secretariat before 10:00 on Monday 5th.
There will be no bus shuttle. If you need directions on how to get there, please do not hesitate to contact the staff at the registration desk.
